“Noise from host and dogs was more than I expected, just above the bedroom and woke me up each morning. No sink in the kitchenette. 11 day stay and only 4 coffee pods. No way to control the temperature in the unit. Parking is on gravel. Dog poop isn't cleaned up as I found out one night as I stepped out of my car. ”

I absolutely love the location of the property for starters as it is close to the Downtown area, Durham, Cary, Greensboro, etc.The outside seating area with the swinging chair is absolutely adorable along with the pebble path leading to the back entrance. And there were only 2 pillows. I ended up running to Target to get an air mattress and another pillow. Second, the host was pretty slow...
