It was convenient for us to be able to travel back and forth to visit and the few is amazing! We absolutely loved our stay and ease of check in. The home was just right for us and we were able to habe my aunt and uncle over to eat and visit without being crowded. Would love to stay here in the future when we visit”

“Our work group of 10 ladies gathered for continued education at FENCE on Saturday. With 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, this house held everyone comfortably and was only about 20 minutes away from FENCE. The main kitchen was user friendly, with a second kitchen downstairs, and there was plenty of space to spread out. Wifi & Wifi calling worked great, as there was no cell signal at the house.The house is set back, down at the end of an unpaved road. Directions from owners were valuable (GPS was not...

“We really enjoyed our stay. Love the layout & style. Home is very comfortable & we had everything we needed. Inside of home was very clean. Sheets & towels had a clean & fresh smell. Very nice! Air conditioning worked great! We enjoyed the porches & yard.We had a couple of house issues at the beginning but the host immediately called someone to take care of them. All resolved within a day of reporting. Well done. Morgan was very responsive & helpful! The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5...

“Very well equipped in a quaint and quiet setting in late April. The creekside setting is the grand attraction of the property. Never met the owners but frequent communication prior to and throughout the stay made us feel as if we had. No surprises. Everything was as advertised. Try it. You’ll like it.”

“Our stay in Baker's Farmhouse was amazing. We were welcomed with some sweet treats, courtesy of Holley Dale and Tonya. They were super responsive when we needed anything and had so many thoughtful details throughout the home. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, pots, etc. There were many books, DVDs, and card/board games provided at the house, so something for everyone. The scenery is gorgeous, and the tranquility of the home and surroundings brings a peace over the whole...

“This ranks in the top five places we’ve ever stayed! Very comfortable guest house and the grounds were absolutely awesome!!! Several miles of trails with benches along the way. We highly recommend!!!! There are three cabins on the property that can be rented for a gathering of family and friends. This is also a lovely event space for weddings and larger gatherings. Not far from the Town of Rutherfordton and less than an hour from Tryon Equestrian Center.We will definitely return! ”
