“Very cozy, beautifully decorated carriage house apartment in Old Town Bluffton. We were welcomed by Jack upon our arrival and he acclimated us to the home. Communication was prompt. The home was very clean and offers many amenities. Jack provides a very detailed manual with lots of information for making the most of your stay. The proximity to Old Town was very convenient and we walked to dinner one evening. We can’t wait to return!”

“Beautiful grounds, beautiful views great pool facility, easy access to beach. The beach was much closer than we thought it would be. Also it was nice having a garage. Walking trails were a great way to see the nice surroundings. Location was convenient to much yet it was nice to be in such a private community atmosphere where crowds did not interfere with our activities. It offered everything we needed and mote.”

“Kitchen while reasonable complete lacked a kettle. There were not enough cloth washing pods left for a two week stay and also paper towels. Also TV's need upgrading as neither TV supported Bluetooth which is pretty common these days. ”

“Lovely pet friendly stay at Kiawah resort - this condo was perfect for our family of four for spring break/Easter holiday. The Night Heron park is across the lawn and provided many activities for our kids. The sanctuary hotel property was the ideal morning walk to grab coffee and a beach view. The location was top knotch and the setup was perfection! We will return!”
