“When the ac froze up and I called the desk he said he would be right there. Within 5 minutes his wife and him were right there to look at it. Told me that they would be right back with a replacement. 10 minutes later they had it replaced with a brand new ac unit that worked great. They had great communication with each step in fixing the issue. Very polite.”

“The house was very nice. It is on the edge of a very small town and so is isolated. My wife and I went birding at Swan Lake for our anniversary and spent the night here. The host was super nice and communication was easy. We were very pleased with our stay. If your looking for an out- of- the- way escape, I would highly recommend this house. On a side note, we had dinner at River Bottoms Brewing Company in Carrollton. I highly recommend it as well. ”

“Wanted to be near Missouri Valley College. Easy drive. Clean and comfortable. Looks like if you needed anything, they've thought of it. Didn't spend lots of time there but was a nice change from hotels. ”
