“We took our niece (14) and nephew (11) on a spring break trip as their Christmas gift. The resort had everything we were looking for. We rented a 3 bedroom cabin with a 4th bed in the pull out couch. The cabin was clean, had a full-sized refrigerator and stove/oven for cooking, plenty of seating in the living space for the 4 of us, and had a great view of the water. “When we first entered our room, we thought it was great. Then as we started unpacking we noticed how dirty things were. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some. “Very nice clean room with comfortable bed and nice shower. Kitchenette was good with microwave and mini fridge, basic dishes. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Good location with Mary Jane’s restaurant bar next door had excellent food and nice atmosphere. My only small suggestion would be to put variable light switches so you could turn down the lighting at night. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again on my next trip to Perryville.”
