“No desk at the facility. Hotel smelled like vape. And kids running. Had to wait 20 minutes for the manager to come in from smoking out back. Expedia tried to call to cancel 6 reservation. But they wouldn't answer the phone. Maybe that was on purpose. The manager knew the rules because 3 asked her.”

“This was the most unorganized, unprofessional, completely incompetent establishment. Check-in was a nightmare, retrieving parking passes that had been forgotten by the two over worked employees, while four others stood around, was a pain. We stayed lakeside and every day the key cards to all five rooms wouldn’t work and had to drive back to check in to replace them. There were more than 2,000 spiders that came out at night on our floor, hanging above our heads. It was what nightmares are...

The overall building with fire pit, game rooms, and local vendor items…all was quite amazing. Every element is thought out very well. It is very convenient and overall comfortable. It was a great getaway.”

I slept with a chair in front of the door and also went and bought shower shoes to wear in the shower. This is also the only time I have ever left a review for a place. This place needs a lot of work. It has potential however at this time I would never recommend this place for anyone.”
