Cozy, spacious house with LAKE VIEW from ALL rooms

  • Esta casa tiene una vista increíble desde todas las habitaciones sobre el lago Tahoe. Con su techo alto de catedral, la sala de estar es un lugar espacioso y maravilloso para relajarse. Tiene una cocina abierta, una gran mesa de comedor de teca, un cómodo sofá y una chimenea de gas. La casa está situada en la parte más alta de Incline Village. Despiértese de una noche de sueño reparador y abra las persianas para comenzar el día contemplando el lago.

    La casa: consta de 3 plantas. En la planta baja tendrá 2 bahías para estacionar su (s) automóvil (s). Estacionamiento adicional está disponible en la propiedad. Desde la entrada en la planta baja subes las escaleras hasta el piso con los 2 dormitorios. Hay un dormitorio principal con baño en suite. Esta habitación tiene mucho espacio para agregar un colchón de aire o una cuna (no incluida en la casa). En este mismo piso encontrarás el segundo dormitorio y el segundo baño. Se puede acceder a este baño desde el pasillo, por lo que no es necesario pasar por el segundo dormitorio. También encontrará la lavadora y la secadora en este piso.

    Desde el segundo piso subes las escaleras hasta el tercer piso (piso superior) donde encuentras la sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesitas para cocinar (y comer) una comida maravillosa. Cuenta con estufa eléctrica, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, nevera / congelador, cafetera y tostadora. La chimenea de gas agrega un agradable matiz para una acogedora tarde de invierno y en un buen día puede sentarse en el balcón.


    Tanto el sofá (queen) como el love seat (individual) en la sala de estar se despliegan como camas.

    Lo sentimos, no se permiten mascotas en la casa.

    Incline Village es una ciudad maravillosa con buenos restaurantes y bares. El lago está a pocos minutos de la casa para muchas actividades de verano (natación, paseos en bote, piragüismo, etc.). También hay muchas rutas de senderismo muy cerca.
    En invierno las pistas están ahí para ti. Diamond Peak está a solo 5 minutos. Mt subió unos 15 y NorthStar 25 minutos. Alpine, Squaw y Heavenly están a 45 minutos. Y la buena ventaja: su automóvil está estacionado en la bahía, por lo que no hay que quitar nieve antes de llegar a las pistas.

Winter holiday 2019

We enjoyed the staying at the property. Everything was exactly as pictured. The owner was responsive to our questions and provided simple instructions for everything we needed. The location was just what we were expecting with amazing views of the lake.

Amazing view of the lake from the deck. Complex is in the hills. The unit is spacious, dated but comfortable. There was no coffee so we had to drive down to town in the morning. Geeke was communicative and helpful and check-in was easy.

Upon arrival, we were blown away by the view of Lake Tahoe from all the rooms! The view is unmatched!!! This beautiful, and very comfortable, home is situated in a quiet complex. A perfect place to spend long overdue family time with our adult children. Our host, Geeke, was very personable and accommodating when our vehicle broke down and we had to stay an extra night. We would highly recommend this property!!

Clean, beautiful views close to Diamond Peak

Geeke was a gracious host. We received a very warm welcome message with detailed check-in information. Gorgeous view of the lake which we enjoyed every morning and evening while sitting on the balcony. The house was cleaned, well kept and equipped. Looking forward to our next stay!

Cozy condo in the snow

We were very comfortable in this property perfect for a family of four. We were there during the biggest snowstorm in many years and we were not able to ski but we enjoyed movies, games and family time. Communication with owner was great, because of the storm we were able to stay an additional night and she was so helpful. We hope to come back and ski when conditions are better.

Beautiful, clean unit with an amazing lake view!

My husband, our friend, and I all enjoyed staying at Geeke's unit. It's clean, cozy, and has a Great Lake view. Geeke answered all my questions and gave great local recommendations. Would stay here again.

Incline Village: Bitterbrush II

This is a very nice condo with a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. The owners are very nice and respond quickly to any questions you might have. The complex is quiet and peaceful and very neat and clean. There is a covered garage with each unit. Parking is on ground floor, go up a flight is stairs to two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. Then you go to another flight of stairs to the main living area with kitchen, dining area, family room with fireplace, and a balcony with a gorgeous view. I highly recommend this VRBO rental!

Super convenient for long ski weekend

Jan 2021 stay. Valuable- covered parking NOT a garage so that our truck could easily park. Many units have only tiny garages that wouldnt fit our car. Easy kitchen to cook light meals. Quiet. wish we would have taken our own pillows. It is east facing- I wish they had dark blackout drapes. Owner was easy to communicate with.

Lake Tahoe vacation

Me and my family had fun there was a lot of space and it had a good view to see the lake the house was really big we really liked the house thanks Geeke for everything .

Perfect rental for our short Lake Tahoe trip

Very easy to reserve with quick response from host. Beautiful views of lake and mountains from every room. Spacious for our group of 5 adults and nice to have 2 bathrooms. Kitchen appliances worked well.

Honestly all very nice it was fun , but very cold only downside at night we were all freezing. Only source of heat was fireplace.

Perfect for winter

Can see lift from balcony. But we just went sledding couple mins away. It was a perfect location for us. The home itself is fantastic in every way. Wish I lived there..

Incline Village getaway

Excellent 1 week stay. Tahoe view is amazing! House is very warm, sun filled and inviting and has all you need for a cozy pandemic getaway. Geeke is a wonderful and very responsive owner. Would be happy to return.

Perfect cozy clean cabin

Just as described. Cabin is clean, cozy located in quiet relaxing environment. Very easy to book and owner excellent at communicating and responding to even the smallest question. Will stay again!!

We were there for our 11yo grandson’s baseball tournament in Incline and the location could not have been. Quiet, relaxing, clean and perfectly stocked, with a great view of the lake!

Wonerful property

We had a wonderful time in this place. We woke up with views of the lake and were able to see an incredible 4th of July firework show from the upstairs deck. Peaceful location and the unit was clean and comfortable, would highly recommend staying there.

Wonderful Christmas stay 2018

We had a wonderful time at this location for 3 night. The place is conveniently located few minutes away from the Diamond Peak ski resort, and has very easy access to incline village center. It is very clean, has plenty of space for the 6 of us to relax and entertain after a day of skiing. It also has a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, especially after a night of snow. And the host Geeke was very helpful with the direction and the check-in/out instructions. Overall, i would definitely recommend this place to stay for a nice Tahoe vacation.
