“excellent stay lovely host. thanks for a great place”

“Amazing view of the lake from the deck. Complex is in the hills. The unit is spacious, dated but comfortable. There was no coffee so we had to drive down to town in the morning. Geeke was communicative and helpful and check-in was easy. ”

“Thanks”

“We absolutely loved this property, from the easy check in and great communication with the host, as well as exactly getting what we expected on the pictures displayed. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling up to Tahoe.”

“Overall it was a good place. We think that it probably wouldn’t take too much money or time to do some small fixes and updates to make it a little more cozy. We looked past a lot of things and had the best time. Although the dishes in the cabinets were dirty, baked on food from the dishwasher. Although we most likely won’t rent this house again we most definitely will be back enjoying another home.”

“Spacious. Law is nearby.”

“Modern design for sure! Clean and spacious, will recommend highly!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this place! The location is great, 5 minutes drive to the beach. Walking and biking trails start right outside the HOA complex. The property was very clean and the kitchen had all the necessary supplies for cooking family meals. Would love to stay at this place again!”

“The property was dog friendly and had a nice peek a boo view of the lake. The hosts were friendly and responded in a timely manner ”

“This place was perfect for a weekend at the lake with friends! However, the registration process with the rental company was a bit excessive. I don’t agree they need all of the information they requested for just a weekend stay. ”

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the condo over the 4th of July holiday. Plenty of space and great location!”

“Our stay was good and it was very nice to be so close to Kings Beach. The only minor issue of the door code not working was solved immediately and otherwise had no issues. It was nice to find plenty of towels, some laundry soap to use and enough paper towels and toilet paper available in the place. The commuity pool was not crowded and the kids enjoyed using it.”

“Good location and amenities although the pool was cold and dirty. Lots of beds, good for 2 families or traveling with grandparents. The lighting needs some work - very dark downstairs. TVs don’t have cable and it was difficult to stream anything. The dining table was over scaled for the space and almost unusable. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash provided in bathrooms. Kitchen was well appointed except no ice. The property has nice large sized units - good for families, Parking is close and...

“A great fit for a Tahoe weekend!”

“We really enjoyed our week here as a family of 5. The home itself was clean and clearly built with high quality finishes. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make meals. We only had a couple of issues, hence the 4 stars. 1)The internet was inconsistent. We were never able to watch a movie on the TV without regular internet disconnections. We couldn't rely on it with our devices. We reached out for help, but the phone number...

“The host was very responsive and answered all my questions. The house was definitely older but very clean. It was able to accommodate my family for my son‘s 18th birthday so that was nice. The house was equipped with several things, but with only one frying type pan it made it difficult to cook a birthday breakfast the next morning. The only thing I would change was I felt like the checkout time was a little early at 10 AM. The check-in time was 4 PM, but we were lucky and were able to check in...
