During my stay at La Quinta Orem (March 2026), the housekeeping staff stole the contents of my perfumes and refilled them with water. I reported the situation to the managers, and despite providing evidence, they did not offer any solution and claimed there was no one responsible. Their only response was to offer me a $30 refund when my perfumes were worth $430. Por favor no te hospedes ahí, todo el personal está organizado para robar cualquier pertenencia que tengas de valor y sus managers los respaldan y los protegen en casos de robo. Durante mi estancia en La Quinta Orem (marzo 2026), el staff de housekeeping robó el contenido de mis perfumes y los relleno con agua. Comente la situación con los managers y a pesar de darles la evidencia no me dieron ninguna solución y dijeron que no había ningún responsable su única respuesta fue ofrecerme un rembolso de $30 cuando mis perfumes tenían un valor de $430"
