Host would not pick up phone, did not answer text of voice messages until we spoke directly to VRBO. At the end, not what we preferred, but had to leave premises because the issue was not attempted to get resolved. About 9:30 that night, the 8 guest had to find somewhere to stay.”

“This house was perfect for our needs. Even though it was quite cold when we were there (mid-December), the heating in the home was great. We loved playing pool in the pool house (which also had heat). Having all the rooms and bathrooms made our party of 8 very comfortable. The pictures were quite bright compared to the home which felt a bit darker than pictured (though again it was winter).
