Nueva casa hecha a medida, cerca de todo, con carreteras de fácil acceso y conexión a Internet y cable fuertes y confiables.
Elevados techos de salas familiares con una mesa de cena de 14 pies para acomodar a toda la familia. 4 dormitorios en los extremos opuestos de la casa con salas de reunión en el centro. Home owner was great about communication! The house was spacious and clean and offered a beautiful view of Norris Lake. Kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms were very comfortable. Kids loved the game room! It was the perfect place for a holiday family retreat!!

The house was very clean and spacious. The house was well stocked in the kitchen and baths. The beds were comfortable. The game room was also a added bonus. The marina was right there if you need gas or ice. We all enjoyed our stay!!!

House was amazing! We didn’t like all the winding roads to get to the house and you definitely need some form of transport up and down the hill to the boat dock. The concrete on the ramp down is in great shape and helped a lot! There’s so many awesome places to enjoy the view!

Awesome rental, great property manager/owner

Property Manager/Owner was absolute great to communicate with and extremely responsive. Amazing kitchen and dining area, great open deck spaces and perfect basement setting for the kids. The covered slip dock is just icing on the cake!

Beautiful home with private dock on Norris Lake near Springs Dock Marina. Home was very clean! We loved all the games! Host communicated with prompt replies to all our concerns.

Beautiful House

We loved everything about this property. House was very clean. Furniture was nice and comfortable. All beds were amazing. Many fun things to do in the house or swimming out by the dock was great too! Loved having the boat dock there so we didn’t have to drive anywhere. Will definitely return!

Wonderful stay!!

The house and owners are amazing! This house worked for a wide range of ages (9-70+). We had a wonderful stay; the house was great (the pictures do not completely do it justice)! The owners were even better - checking in to make sure everything was smooth with our arrival and that we were setup. When I had a specific question or two, they were super-responsive! I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect getaway spot

We loved everything about this home. The size was perfect for our extended family. It is well maintained and very well appointed. We did not lack for one thing. The owner is easy to communicate with and will help in any way. We liked the quiet setting of the dock for swimming and fishing and privacy. We hope to return.

Excellent house

Excellent house, excellent hosts and communication. Clean, beautiful, well equipped home. Steep walk to dock, however did not interfere with our happiness or fun. Loved the house so much! Beautiful area directly across from Springs Dock Marina with Deerfield Marina around the corner. Would stay again!

Boat Club Gathering

Rented this house for a gathering our boat club has on the lake. The covered boat slip was very nice and handy to have. House was stunning, the game room was very nice and got used a ton. The covered deck was so nice, it rained all of one of the days and we were still able to sit out there the whole time. Absolutely great place!

Best Lakehouse we’ve rented!

Josh’s place is incredible. The home is brand new, with the perfect blend of indoor/outdoor spaces. Could probably sleep 12-15 depending on kids/adults and has plenty to do without leaving the property. Every little amenity was thought out - paper towels, Grill tools, seasonings; everything you can think of was provided. Close proximity to Deerfield Golf, Tiki Marina, and market for refreshments. Will absolutely plan to be back!

Great Weekend

The house is well designed with two main bedrooms with en-suites (one on each floor) and two additional bedrooms with a full bath. Main floor is very open with lots of outdoor light. Nice to have a half bath on the main floor. Decks are very spacious and well appointed. Kitchen is very functional and well equipped with lots of counter space and storage. Owner was attentive, making sure we arrived, could access the house and we had everything we needed. No complaints with this house.

Beautiful week

What a beautiful house. We enjoyed our stay. Was fun having the game room. Walk down to the boat ramp is brutal, but we didn’t really need to go down there. Loved all the deers we saw. House was SO beautiful and clean. Would be fun to stay there in the summer to play on the lake.

Relaxing getaway with a great view

Weekend getaway with friends and family. Beautiful, clean house in a quiet, peaceful spot with a great view of the lake and lots of deer to watch. We golfed at Deerfield, went to the Tiki Bar, tasted wine at the Chapman Hill winery, and rented a boat at Springs Dock. We watched football on the big screens, grilled out, and swam in the lake. Perfect weekend… thank you for allowing us to stay!!

Beautiful home

Plenty of space. The kitchen was huge with everything you need except toaster was broken. Nice large deck for meals outside. Only concern with this property is the steep walk down. We chose it because there were no steps but the combo of steep and sharp curves with no railings is dangerous for children and those who may have had a few drinks.

We had a great stay! House was perfect. Owner was helpful with questions we had. Super accommodating. The ramp is steep but we’ve stayed at other houses where we’ve climbed over 250+ steps and this was much more do-able! Thank you and hope to come back next year.

What a hill!

The walk way down to the boat dock is very steep, please be careful. The driveway is steep to get in/out as is all of them in the area. House was good additional beds are just mattresses on the floor for the kids. Good stay overall

Amazing Home With Outstanding Host!

The house is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. It was impeccably clean, and everything was exactly as pictured. The lake is warm and wonderful and the house is close to tons of lakeside restaurants and activities. Josh was so attentive and willing to answer every question/request that we had. He even checked in with me multiple times when he hadn't heard from me for a few days. I know a lot of people have mentioned the walk up from the dock, and while steep, it is totally doable if you take your time (I am a big person that is very out of shape and it was fine as long as I took it slow).

Great property!

The house was exactly as described. Nice open floor plan and great location close to several marinas. The house is tucked back so boat traffic to the marina did not cause a problem. The owner was very accessible and texted to check in several times. Would recommend!
