“Lovey hotel. We went for an afternoon tea gift. Which was amazing. Everything baked in house. We made a weekend of it with an overnight stay. Staff very very friendly and nothing too Much trouble. Location is wonderful with a couple of good walks. Rooms very clean and homely. Food very very good. You really do feel spoilt. ”

“We only stayed for one night as we were on route to Cornwall, the staff were very friendly, lovely and welcoming. We had the Sunday roast and the Gammon was amazing we had to speak to the chef to let him know! The hotel is situated in beautiful calming surroundings and wish we had more time here! The room was spotless and looked like the bathroom had been refurbished and had everything we needed. Breakfast also was plentiful and more than enough choices and good quality. Would definitely stay...

“I really like the people that run it ...you can have a laugh and a joke and their professional. I love the quirky old fashioned styling but it's done in a modern way. The menu seemed basic but the quality of the food was fantastic everybody should try the prawns starter !!! Two dislikes Coffee machine in room too small difficult to use. The noise of extractor fans outside the windows was a constant drone but okay if you're used to noise and not from the quiet countryside. I'm definitely going...
