“We spent 4 wonderful days in a stunning property situated on a hill with a panoramic view of San Jose. The house was extremely beautiful and well-maintained, with cleanliness evident from the moment we arrived. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the most delightful experiences was the pool, which was always clean and maintained at the perfect temperature. Nothing compares to the moments spent in the water, admiring the volcanoes in the distance – a...

“Tout était conforme et confortable et personnel très réactif ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Rosa’s property and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the highlights was the fantastic pool—it was well maintained, refreshing, and a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. The location was excellent, with the beach just a short distance away, making it easy to enjoy the ocean while still having a quiet and peaceful place to return to. Rosa was an outstanding host, providing...

There was trash in the bedroom and the bathroom shower walls were dirty. She sent the cleaning lady over, but she said it was stained. There was pink soap down the side of shower and the whole bottom was terrible. We were glad the bedroom had air but she said it couldn’t be lower than 24 which is 75 f to warm in already stifling hot weather....

“It was a little difficult to find with my WAZE App. Rosangel was very responsive and the accommodations were just what I was looking for.”

“Muy linda casa, bien equipada con todo lo necesario para pasar una bonita estancia! Paulo excelente anfitrión siempre atento a lo que pudiéramos ocupar!”

“The property itself was quite nice and the beach is great. However, we were battling cockroaches the entire time. We probably killed around 12 roaches. And we left bread on the counter for an afternoon and it was covered in tiny bugs. This is our mistake too, but the bugs were just too overwhelming. The owner is very kind and communicative. The only downside is the war on bugs during our stay.”
