“Muy buena opción para alojarse ”

“The front desk staff was very friendly and welcome us with an upgrade due to my husband birthday. The hotel also arranged for cake and sweets to be delivered to the room which delighted us. Nice gesture. It was great that the mini bar is free as well. . The slight comment i have is the shower bath, the tiles are yellow n looks mouldy. Dont really like the sight. Rest of the room was great. Breakfast was average as i feels that the items on semi buffet should be warmer, some are abit cold and not...

“false advertising on the Expedia site. Photos of the hotel clearly show a splash park and other various amenities although they are not at the actual hotel they are in the neighbouring resorts world and you have to pay to get in.”

“Me encantó el hotel es un hotel que está impecable en muchos sentidos en el servicio del personal y las instalaciones , solo que no te convienen contratarlo por expedía, y yo contrato todo por expedía, eso si fue mala experiencia para mi, por ejemplo en todos los raffles que me quedo los contrato por expedía. En este hotel de raffles Sentosa hay muchas cosas que por ser de expedía no te dan como el servicio del mini bar las aguas y refrescos son gratis a diario en esta cadena de hoteles y en...

“The infinity pool is great for families. The shuttle for visits is resourceful and pass every 15 minutes. The walk along the marina is peaceful and the rooms are spacious. The attendants are very friendly.”

“Habitación limpia y cómoda”

“It was nice and quiet. Pet friendly and saw dos and (heard) cat in a lobby but not in a room. Want to try to bring our cats as every tine we feel guilty leaving them at boarding.”

“The hotel is great. The only thing that was not so good was the airconditioning - it was much too cold. Turning the dial to 30 degrees did nothing. We had to open the window to get it a bit warmer, but then mosquitos came in. There is no fly screen on the window. There was a sign asking us not to turn the airconditioning off, so we suffered the cold.”

“Excelente, personal muy amable. ”
