“Excelente Hotel”

“Habitacion impecable Personal excelente ”

“Lo único no positivo es que no cuneta con elevador.”

“El cuarto e instalaciones son excelentes. La ubicación perfecta. Lo único es q tiene muchas escaleras para subir. ”

“Charming hotel in good location. Very close to pedestrian area with many restaurants and shopping nearby. Wonderful European breakfast buffet with freshly made Cappuccino, pastries, meats and cheeses. Concierge available upon checking and at breakfast. Very helpful staff. There is an elevator to the hotel which is a group of apartments in a historical building. There are several flights of stairs to the individual rooms that you do have to carry your own bags to. We loved our stay in Palermo.”

“Really recommend! Valeria is super helpful and respondent!”

“The room was great, bed was comfortable and air conditioning was cold! But, staff was very rude. After delayed flight and lost luggage, we arrived at almost midnight to the property. Hard to find with very little instructions and dark stairway. Elevator got to first floor then fell to bottom!!! Many rude messages about us arriving late. Would only take euro for tax, did not accept credit card. Just all around poor communication.”

“Our stay at Arcadia Rooms was delightful. The room was clean, everything inside it looked brand new, and had all we needed for our 8-night stay. The shared kitchen was super helpful, especially with the microwave, plates, and utensils. The family running the business were kind, friendly, and accommodating - a special thank you to them for proactively checking in on us every day to ask if there was anything we needed. In addition to the accommodation itself, this place has an amazing location....

“Boun servizio ”

“Almost impossible to find, the directions were very poor and very misleading. The advert gives the impression that the restaurant is at the property but it is in a different location entirely. The check in process was not smooth, there was nobody at the property at check in time and didn’t reply to messages, we had to call the number given and had to self check in”

“Muy bueno ! ”

“El personal del hotel fue muy simpático y amable con nosotros Todo muy bien , sin duda regresaría”

“Great location with a great host close to everything. Will definitely come back next time we are in Palermo.”
