“El apartamento es tal cual sale en las fotos. Espacioso, muy cómodo, perfectamente equipado. La situación es inmejorable, a 5 min de Rialto y de San Marcos. Las vistas desde las ventanas a los canales son increíbles, un gusto ver pasar las góndolas, lanchas... recomendable 100%.”

“Overall this is a great apartment. The location is perfect. Close to everything but very quiet. There are thoughtful touches throughout the property. However, there are a few big inaccuracies in the property description. The bed is an American queen not a king. There is a bath tub, but no hot tub. There is no laundry on sight. “Este pequeño estudio a 6 minutos del puente Rialto y a 3 de la estación de San zacariandel vaporero en el Gran canal ha superado nuestras expectativas. Está muy limpio y tiene todo lo justo para una pareja y dos niños. La segunda cama doble es el sofá cama por eso no diría 4 adultos. En precisión de anuncio solo he puesto 3 estrellas pq cobran a parte varios extras como limpieza,10% gastos de inmobiliaria, la tasa turística (lógico) y late check out si es preciso y eso puede llegar a 200 euros...

“We stayed the first day of a multi-day stay in the apartment. It was during a heat wave, and unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working. The apartment manager tried their best to help out, but wasn't able to get the air conditioning working. We ended up having to leave after the first day. The apartment manager kindly agreed to refund us for the days we didn't stay. Two weeks later, we are still waiting for the refund, but hopefully they will follow through on their...
