He was available for everyone of our guest. Requests from laundry to suggestions for restaurants, to taxi services to Florence...Nicola was always available to take care of us. “We had a really lovely stay at the Farmhouse, it was clean, well equipped and the pool area is excellent. It’s remote but we liked that as it was peaceful and relaxing. Massimo is generally around to answer any queries or help with any problems and when we checked in he gave us a lot of info about the local area which was super helpful.
