The location just above the city offers the perfect balance of tranquility, beauty, and comfort. The house is immaculately maintained with sophisticated design touches and very clean. “My group of 12 friends/6 couples just completed an incredible week at Cate’s family’s Villa. Everything about our stay was wonderful! The views are amazing and the photos don’t do the Villa and the grounds justice. We appreciated having ensuite bathrooms and the rooms were spacious. The common space was lovely whether indoors or outdoors. There was plenty of space for us to spread out as a group or if we wanted some quiet time. The Villa was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed....

Des fourmis a l’entrée aux toiles d’araignées, mais surtout une forte odeur de moisissure qui embaume le 2eme étage au complet et même les draps et les matelas. Dans la cuisine: une forte odeur de créosote est présente dès que l’on ferme la porte. Le four au gas ne fonctionne pas. Le plafond coule. “We had great expectations for our stay in Florence, and the communication with Stefania was great, the property has a lot of potential to be a great location, but is currently not as nice as explained. While the rooms are large and spacious, upon entering the space smelled like urine, we aired it out and sprayed multiple scents to assist, but it was tough. By opening the windows, it got better by the end of day 2... however that let in bugs and we got bitten up by mulitple spiders or mosquitos...
