Francis un excelente host, muy accesible y amable, super bien cuidadas las instalaciones y hay bicicletas y kayaks para uso personal. Definitivamente me quedaría de nuevo 🙂

Great place! So nice to have a nice quiet place to come back to after a busy day. The A/C worked great along with everything else. Great host, very helpful. Bikes, kayaks all included.

We had a great stay here. The room was spacious and cool with great views. The neighborhood was walkable, and Francis was very helpful with recommendations on where to eat and what to do.

This is the perfect place to stay in Caye Caulker! It's quiet, immaculate, and right on the water, with breathtaking sunsets every evening. It's also just a short walk into town, and the complimentary bikes made getting around even easier. Francis and Keisha were gracious hosts who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Francis took us on an amazing snorkeling trip, sharing his extensive knowledge of the marine life along the way. We were even lucky enough to see a manatee and her baby—a truly unforgettable experience. They also helped us book a fantastic fishing trip and pointed us in the right direction for the best place to get scuba certified. Our stay was absolutely magical, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I HIGHLY recommend staying here—you won't be disappointed!

Blue Bay Cottages is a beautiful peaceful and quiet location. The room is very clean and has everything you need. The owner , Francis, is very nice and knowledgeable about the island and he goes out of his way to make sure the accommodations are great and answer questions you may have. I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. We will definitely be coming back and staying at this location again.

The room was nice and very clean. The owner was accommodating and responsive. We ended up extending our stay. The bikes were great for getting around Caye Caulker! We’ll definitely be booking here again for our next trip to CC.

We had and amazing stay with Francis! Such a great host and an amazing wealth of knowledge about his country, culture, and island! I could say so much more but I would be writing a book! If you are headed to Caye Caulker and can stay here, do not miss your opportunity!

Francis at Blue Bay Cottages was very customer service oriented. The property is kept up very well. Beautiful quiet area. Had a dock out in the back that we were able to see fish everyday. Will recommend and will stay again.

Exceeded expectations! We stayed in the cottage with the king bed and AC and this place is clean, good bed and shower, and is a stand alone 5 star review. Francis, the gentleman that owns and operates the place is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. Wonderful local knowledge, runs a great snorkeling/ boat tour company and made my wife and I feel very well taken care of. If I could give the place 6 stars I would

Quiet, cozy, and comfortable! One of very few locally owned places and Francis and family are amazing. Very welcoming and helpful! The AC worked great, the bayside view was amazing waking up to the sounds of all the birds in the mangroves. It’s close enough to get into town quick but far enough away to relax. They provide bikes for all guests which makes seeing the island much easier! Would recommend 100/100 and will be back to stay on my next visit.

Francis is a such warm and thoughtful host. He greeted us with a complimentary pick up (and drop off) at the ferry and made sure we had a wonderful time. This is the only belizean owned waterfront property on the island, and I highly recommend this lovely hidden gem.

As soon as I walked on to the property I felt like family. The room was beautiful and very clean. I hated to leave and could have stayed forever. This was an amazing place to stay if you like seclusion. I felt like I was the only one on the island. Couldn’t have stayed anywhere better
