“Urine smell around premises terrible vacation experience far away from from beach advertising 4 min walk to beach disabilities was force to sleep because of distance to beach and dinner no bus transportation was provided golf cart rental was available I wasted alot of money I am very unsatisfied mobility disabilities could not have very much fun bedding was itching felt dust mites I have to clean up the septic floors dishes sink refrigerator etc ✅ please janitorial cleaning was not available...

“Overall, would stay here again. Some renovations need to be done to the rooms. Our door had a crack about 2 inches long on the top, the pool could use some work and just general cleaning in the yard. It is a long walk from the main areas so I would suggest a golf cart while there. I would still recommend this place as it is on the more affordable side and the pool is still very nice.”

“The place was great. For a single family it was great. We had two families so the one shower was a difficult but we knew that when we booked it. The sitting area upstairs was amazing! ”

“We had a blissful stay! The villa was perfectly tidy on arrival and the grounds were immaculate. The staff was always attentive and helpful and coordinated golf cart taxis on arrival and departure. Although we were on the south side of the island, everything was walkable for my family. I would definitely recommend this location and hope to visit again soon! ”

“The grounds were very well maintained on a daily basis. Landscaping is wonderful, large trees to provide shade, house iguanas, and give a Belize jungle vibe. We met a lot of fun people while sharing the kitchen area. Our host cared for our needs, ranging from our golf cart rental to restaurant suggestions. She invited us to share a meal and visit. The room was cleaned regularly. Our shower was outside under a tree. Which was pretty cool.”

“I thought it was walking distance from downtown San Pedro and you COULD walk it but wouldnt want to especially at night. If you stay here get a golf cart and really pay attention on how you got there. Directions on google maps at night are noy very good. It was really cheap....get what u pay for!”
