“We rented this (upstairs) unit and the main level unit, shared with friends. Ideal setup for traveling as 2 couples. The house is clean and welcoming. Furniture is comfortable and there are many outside chairs and lounges. Ms. Flor met us for easy(early) check-in and explained the use of the "off-grid" systems. Living off grid can be fun and exciting! Having use of the 4 bikes made the secluded location, not so secluded. The pool is sparkling and so inviting on the hot days and early...

“My family (wife and 3 kids), my mom, and two family friends joined us for a week. We had a fantastic time. The house is by no means perfect (its older, a sink started to leak and had to be fixed, doors can be very tight), but the value you get is fantastic, it was clean, the AC was COLD, and you will not find better caretakers than Kodi and Shane (an eariler review mentions that Kodi came back recently due to issues with the prior caretakers). Will, the owner, put me in contact with Kodi a...

“Everything was excellent!”

“The grounds were very well maintained on a daily basis. Landscaping is wonderful, large trees to provide shade, house iguanas, and give a Belize jungle vibe. We met a lot of fun people while sharing the kitchen area. Our host cared for our needs, ranging from our golf cart rental to restaurant suggestions. She invited us to share a meal and visit. The room was cleaned regularly. Our shower was outside under a tree. Which was pretty cool.”

“The place is perfectly located just off the island but still close to everything. Our room was great except for the bed was so loud when you rolled over. ”

“Second time we stayed at Royal Caribbean. Would stay there again. The small cottages are delightful. Coconuts dropping off the trees, great view of the ocean. Restaurant/bar 20 meters away. Affordable too! ”

“We loved our stay at the dock house. Isis made the very best meals. Henry and Isis were very attentive to our needs and didn’t stay distant but we became friends! We felt very safe. The sea had sargassum - thanks for your honesty in the dock house info about possibly having sargassum- so it was great to have the pool. Henry even got a private snorkeling guide out to the dock to pick us up and we never had to drive some where to a tour guide. Wow!! Thank you, Max, for being easy to contract and...

“Great place to stay will be back. ”
