“This place was beautiful and peaceful our only complaint would have to be that due to reservations with our Charter we were never able to resolve the issue with the TV in our room because we were gone before the office opened and Made it back after the office closed. Other than that everyone at the marina was kind and welcoming”

“We loved our stay. There were some issues with our house boat when we got in. We checked in super late, but the staff more than made up for it the next day. Super friendly and responsive. They were awesome, and waited until we left for the day and came in promptly handling everything.The property itself was heavenly. We will definitely come again. Boat was as pictured, and the bar next door was not too loud at night to hear. ”

“If you are looking for something different and more of an experience for your stay, this house boat is something to consider. You have to take a dingy (very stable) out the the boat, a decent distance offshore, but everything worked great and was easy to operate. We brought groceries with us and there is a nice kitchen area and refrigerator that worked well for us. The stay on the boat was a nice getaway if you are looking for some solitude and quietness. Plenty of space on the boat to hang out...

“My grandchildren loved the houseboats. The host was very accommodating. Although we were impacted by the mess with the airlines we had a great stay.”

“What a GREAT experience. The views in the morning and evening were wonderful , like OMG wonderful. Slept like a baby on the water. The faculties in the marina were wonderful, shower by pool was nice roomy and HOT water. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a great time at this amazing gem at Mangrove Marina. The boat was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our evening on the top deck was incredibly relaxing. The property includes a pool, The Dive Bar, a food truck, huge firepit, live music and a covered picnic pavilion.Although the marina is popular for fishermen and recreational boaters, it is quiet and secluded off the main highway. We will definitely be back. Thank you for your hospitality.”

“Wanted to try something different so decided to stay in the houseboat this past weekend. Was fun and different and located close to so many great restaurants and things to do in Islamorada. The Marina has a great outside bar and food truck and a nice pool. Overall a terrific weekend!”

“Capt Kenny & Monica gave us the relaxation & fun that we were looking for. We took our 2 boys and they had a blast going on tube rides, snorkelling, swimming off the yacht & staring at the stars calling out constellations. They were so knowledgeable about the marine life. We saw multiple dolphins & rainbows. My favorite was showering in the sunshine on the aft deck. The food was amazing as well. We cant wait to go back. ”

“We like to adventure travel, and I thought this would be a fun alternative to a hotel.It absolutely was! Everyone was great. The food around town was great. The people are great. “We really enjoyed staying on the Starfish. The bathroom is beyond super tiny, but there are a larger outdoor showers and pool bathrooms that we used. If you are a larger person, the super tiny bathrooms will be a problem. However, it won’t prevent us from returning. We loved it!”
