“This place was clean, quiet, safe, & family friendly. The locals were kind and welcoming. I would totally recommend this property to anybody wanting to visit the Keys! Also, it is centrally located so it is real easy to do a day trip/afternoon excursion in either direction.”

“This house was in the perfect spot to go north or south for adventures. There was a fence up all around the canal, that wasn’t ideal. Also, you cannot fish in the canal. Winn Dixie and Publix is right down the road. Make sure to get Tupperware or ziplock bags. There’s nothing to store your food in there. The grill is an electric griddle. They do provide beach type towels and I suggest sombrero beach. It’s 5.5 miles south and you can take alcohol even though online it says you can’t. The pool is...

“Loved my stay again this year! Fifth stay here at Little Venice. This spot is so relaxing and beautiful . Home is so clean and very close to restaurants, shopping and local attractions. All the comforts of home and the most spectacular water views! The pool was the perfect temperature to cool off on the warm afternoons. I can’t wait until next year!”

“My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely enjoyed it! The sunsets you see from the home are amazing! Loved the location of the home as well, just outside of Marathon without being “around everything”. The requirement of washing towels was a smooth process with everything being provided for you. Definitely recommend this home for your Keys stay!”

“We stayed at the property in March for a few days for Spring Break with our 2 boys (ages 12 & 14). It was a wonderful little home and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was great. The golf cart was a plus and we enjoyed riding around the neighborhood. The Key Colony beach club was a 2 min walk and a great spot to relax and enjoy the beach. We watched the sunset at sunset park which was great too! All in all we really enjoyed ”

“I’ve been coming down to the upper keys for years and this was by far the best property yet. Some have ocean, some have docks, some you can go out in the ocean from shore and some you can’t. This one has amazing ocean views, swim from shore ocean and a dock to fish or dock your boat. Even caught a couple tarpon and cuda off the dock. House was clean and exactly as described. On my short list of go to properties for the future.”

“Everything went smoothly from checking in to checking out. Place was very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen supplied well with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. A/C was nice a cold. The outside was like a little slice of heaven for us. We couldn’t have been any more pleased with our choice.”

“Excellent but inflexible for no reason.One dissappointment is that we were denied access one hour before just to drop off our bags. Room was ready so there was no reason not to allow it”

“The place was exactly as listed. We had activities planned in Key West and enjoyed the short drive to/from for less cost than booking in Key West. The sunset views were amazing. The stairs that lead to to the bedrooms and main bath are quite steep so if you have a person with mobility issues these could be an issue. ”

“Needed a place with 5 beds thus the choice. Was clean but worn. One of the toilets ran, sent a message to let the manager know. Restaurant on site is pricey thus we travelled to dinners”

“Wonderful place to stay for a vacation in the Marathon area of the Keys! Canal front location with lovely sunrises! Owner and property manager very responsive. Check in was simple. Nice kitchen to make some meals and comfy beds to get a good night’s sleep! ”

“Perfect spot for couples with a boat. We rented an 18 foot boat for the week and had a blast fishing and exploring the reefs. The canal is a nice place to relax after a day on the water.”
