Anniversary Celebration

Spacious, comfortable, modern, and a beautiful setting! 7 adults enjoyed plenty of room to relax. One adult has some mobility concerns and the space accommodated her needs well. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, linens and towels were plentiful. Highly recommend this space for families to enjoy a lovely vacation on the lake!

Beautiful house on the lake

We did a girls weekend and absolutely loved our stay! The property was beautiful, house was beautiful and plenty of room for all 12 of us! Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying again sometime soon.

Fall weekend on the water

Had a great weekend at this VRBO. Clean house that was comfortable for 10+ adults. The view of the water is unbeatable and the location is great for exploring the best of the Leelanau peninsula.1

Winterfest

This is our friend group’s sixth visit to the Traverse City area, second time at this house in Cedar. What a perfect fit! Coffee in the morning with an excellent view in the living room, large dining table for meals and games, great tv in the family room for snowy nights. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful wedding weekend

Perfect place for our 10 person extended family. The setting is fantastic on the shore of Lake Leelenau. Very comfortable with fully stocked kitchen, large dining table, newer furnishings, as advertised. The fire pit was great each evening (fire wood provided for us was a great touch).

Golf Trip

House is very nice, clean and updated. Backyard has a beautiful view so we made sure to make the most of the grill and fire pit. 10/10 would love to come back.

Future Marriage Celebration

The process of checking and check out was very smooth. The place was super clean and located on beautiful lake leelanau where we had access to paddle boards and the house was super clean and fully stocked with many items that you would need for a short or extended stay. Overall I would highly recommend this place especially if you are doing the wine tours. It's very close to many of the finest wineries.

Peaceful retreat in the fall.

Stay at Sandbar

All the family (13 of us) enjoyed our stay. Property was accurately described, had ample room/beds for all,big dining area and allowed many activities. We used the canoe and paddleboards, had fires in the fire ring on some nights and had day trips to interesting places. Contact with prop manager had quick response. Would recommend to other family groups.

Perfect

We stayed here for a bachelorette girls weekend and this was the perfect house. We had a group of 12 and the space was just so great! We loved the multiple sitting areas and large table. The views were spectacular - we even saw a gorgeous rainbow over the lake with the sunrise Sunday morning. The house was clean and well stocked. And a great location! We went to Suttons Bay for dining and shopping and wineries around Leelanau. Katy was responsive and so communicative; everything was so easy. We had a rainy weekend, so we’d love to come back and check out this space in the summer!

Beautiful Lake Home

This property is beautiful! Well kept and modern finishes. Six bedrooms with comfortable beds & linens. Three nicely finished bathrooms. Modern, well-stocked kitchen with beautiful appliances. Large dining room. Two fireplaces. Several areas for gathering, plenty of seating inside and outside. Very nice fire pit. Gas grill. One big-screen TV in second living room. Amazing views. Communication with owner was superb. Highly recommend this lovely lakefront home!

Perfect location for a Ladies Wine Weekend

I had the pleasure of staying at this property for a ladies wine weekend getaway. The location was perfect for our plans, and very accessible. The house itself was very clean, and well stocked with supplies and utensils. The views of the lake were amazing, and we really enjoyed the scenery despite the winter weather. All of the beds were comfortable and the linens were high quality. We especially loved the heated floors in the bathroom, and the ability to section the living area off from the bedrooms to accommodate those who wanted to sleep early or late. I have rented many homes in the past, and this one was definitely one of the best. We plan to make this an annual trip, and plan to book this house again.

Wonderful Family Vacation Destination

My husband and I rented this home to bring our 3 adult children and their families back to my hometown, TC, to see family after many years without a visit. We loved it!! The majority of our time was spent outside - on the porch, on the dock, on the paddle boards, around the fire pit, or eating at the picnic table. First thing in the morning the littles were in the water or running in the yard and having everything so close made it doable. Those stuck with food duty could see the entire backyard and lake so even that was a pleasure. We barbequed, canoed, met the fabulous neighbors and their children, and truly didn't want to go home. The bunks were great, the den with tv perfect for the early rising 2-8 year olds and we would love to come back every year. Trips to the sand dunes and wineries and the Cherry Festival were extra fun. We had all the amenities of home with the added pleasure of the lakeside experience. Kitchen was fully equipped, towels plentiful, everything very clean - nice and comfortable. We were looking for a home all ages could enjoy and this fit the bill!! Negatives? Not many... no a/c in the extra bedrooms but an open window solved that. Nightstands in the master bedroom would have been nice. Overall the positives surely outweighed the negatives!!

The lake view is lovely. We wish the dock hadn’t been taken out for the season. Helpful suggestions - The kitchen needs to be reorganized and some equipment replaced. Especially the dinner dishes and pots and pans. Dishwasher doesn’t work as well as it should. Lightning in the bedrooms and bathrooms was not sufficient. Bedrooms need bedside lamps. The living room also needs additional non-ceiling level lighting. The living room photo on the site is not accurate. There were no side chairs in the space during our stay. The management company was very responsive when I reached out with questions.
