“This property is very conveniently located. You can walk to many bars and restaurants. If you drive you will likely have to pay for parking. I was a little nervous because the smoke detector was torn out in my bedroom but the one in the other bedroom was intact. Also be aware that there is a patio but there is no lawn.”

“So great! Loved the vibes and proximity to all the fun neighborhood but just far enough away that it quiet in the evenings.There was a power outage caused by the utility company and the host was so phenomenal with communication. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Austin.”

“We unfortunately had a little problem at check-in, being informed right before 4 pm that we would not be able to check in on time. The delay ended up being just under an hour but still impacted our experience. They did offer a late check out, which helped some. The condo is in an interesting area and has some cool views of the Austin skyline.”

“We had a great stay at the Retro Cowboy Studio.The location was exactly what we wanted. We were able to walk back and forth to SoCo every single day, even multiple times a day. It was decorated very cute and felt like Austin. It was very comfortable. We had a few hiccups like the bathroom sink was clogged and they didn’t have toilet paper, but within a few hours there was a maintenance call and they came and fixed the sink and refilled the toilet paper.
