“This hotel located in Westdale commercial area, close to restaurants and shops (Walmart and Target). The staff was helpful during the check in. The room had decent space and it was clean; the bathroom was new with lots of towels. The breakfast was ok with a pancake machine, avena, scrambled and hard boiled eggs. There was a small inside swimming pool and a gym too.”

“We booked a king suite but intentionally did not book an accessible room which was an option. We were "assigned" an accessible room upon arrival and told that "because we booked through a third party" (Expedia) we could not have a non-accessible room as " those were for guests that booked directly with the hotel" when they were overbooked. After much discussion, the manager said that they had found a non-accessible room, but it would not be ready for 30 minutes. We left and returned a little...
