“Very very nice! Close to a walking trail. Excellent security. Was VERY quiet. Parking garage $10 a night and a bit of a walk to hotel. Also would have been quite nice to have coffee in the lobby ”

“The Graduate Iowa City is the perfect location, right in the heart of downtown. The hotel staff was quick to assist during a busy time. The room was spacious and the hotel had everything we needed - coffee shop, dining, etc. and parking was on site in the garage next door. I'd gladly stay here again. ”

“The building was very clean and was nicely decorated/furnished. Staff were friendly. I don't wish to add a negative, but the advertised "heated pool" was actually "cold." It was a bummer, as my husband and I were celebrating our 23rd anniv. and haven't been swimming in ages. I mentioned it to the desk host; she said it's kept at a steady 85 degrees but that she would mention it to the maintenance department. The hotel is lovely overall. (Except the pool - well it's actually an inviting, clean...
