In about 5 minutes walk to the Corviglia/Marguns cable car and in 10 minutes on foot to the village, bus or ice rink Center da Sport as well as to the cross-country ski trails. It is a four family home. The house is located on a cul-de-sac Via Val Runchetta 7 in a very quiet residential area. The laundry room in the basement can be used by a coin-operated machine. Pets are welcome in this house. There is a parking space in front of the house.

Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.
