You could not ask for a better host! He is very communicative and helpful. The entire property is designed with convenience and comfort in mind. The listing welcomes couples but we came here with our tween kids, and it was PERFECT. The incredibly clean hot tub was much appreciated after long days of skiing, but our favorite way to end the day was with some friendly, family competition downstairs in the game room. I can’t remember the last time we all had so much genuine fun together just hanging out. We highly recommend this property.

Great place to get away and recharge your batteries. Quiet, comfy and very relaxing. Sunrise from bed was amazing on freshly fallen snow. Would def recommend.

Paul meet us at the house and showed us around real quick and showed us all the cool features. The house was beautiful and clean. The hot tub was perfect. No chlorine smell and piping hot. Just such a great place to stay

Paul was an excellent host! Upon arrival, Paul greeted us and gave us the run down of how to use some of the utilities and even pointed out how he tries to supply his guests with essentials. Our stay was absolutely wonderful and we were never bored! We played pool, used the hot tub, and even played air hockey! This is a great spot for couples looking to getaway from daily mundane life and just relax.

We had a great time during our stay! Paul was a great host and the home was cozy and well maintained. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the stars. The location was perfect for a weekend of skiing and had plenty of restaurants nearby to grab a bite to eat. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a lovely weekend in Paul's home. He is a very communicative host who will greet you at the house and provide a lovely tour to become accustomed to the home and its many amenities. He was available via VRBO direct message with any questions or concerns we had. The home was clean and comfortable. We used the kitchen for many meals, and it had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, linens were soft, and plenty of towels were provided. We played many friendly rounds of pool, soaked in the hot tub, and enjoyed movies and music on the TV and sound system. We couldn’t ask for anything more and had a memorable weekend away in Conway.

We had a great stay at Paul's beautiful home. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Paul is a very accommodating host and was very easy to communicate with. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in North Conway! The home was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located—close to everything but still peaceful and private. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making it feel like a true home away from home. Paul was a wonderful host—so kind, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. You can really tell he takes pride in making guests feel comfortable. We can’t wait to come back. We have just had a fabulous 7 days at Paul’s house. Location is ideal, quiet and private but very easy access to everything the area has to offer. Paul is an excellent host, providing information throughout the process and welcoming guests personally. The house is spotless, very well stocked and is extremely comfortable. The lounge area has great reclining chairs and a large tv with every channel and app possible. The kitchen is spacious, many appliances and a lovely seating area at the very large island. The bedroom and bathroom are again very comfortable. Outside the hot tub is a lovely touch and very welcome after long days exploring the White Mountains. We have travelled extensively and can honestly say you will not regret staying here. We left feeling relaxed and well looked after. Many thanks

The house was beautiful! We enjoyed the fact that it was so close to town, but in a quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities offered! In addition, the host went above what we've experienced the past. Provided coffee (this is always a win for me!!), robes, and so much more. The bed and furniture are wonderfully comfortable and I probably could have slept on the couch! We will definitely use this again in future visits.

Fantastic fun family trip!

Paul is a wonderful host and the house is fantastic. Our teens loved playing air hockey and ping pong with us and we had several “tournaments” during our stay. The house has everything you need and being able to relax in the spa at the end of a long day hiking is wonderful. We hope to be back soon.

Weekend getaway

We had such an amazing time. The hot tub was incredible as well as the bidet. The host Paul was so nice, he showed us the in and outs of the house, responds right away with questions we had. We would definitely recommend this house, so beautiful. Was the perfect getaway for my husband and I.

Awesome house!!

I stayed here with my girlfriend. We both loved how beautiful the house was and the scenic property. There are wonderful amenities and activities for entertainment. The hot tub was a great feature! Overall the house was perfect, very clean, the bed was so comfortable and the game area downstairs made it a fun stay! Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a peaceful, fun retreat!

Perfect Girls Weekend Destination

Just two friends enjoying a relaxing weekend with the hot tub, take out, and movie favorites on the big screen and reclining sofa. The location is very close to shopping, dinning and outdoor activities! The bed is perfection, so comfortable!!!! I will be returning for sure! Also the host is very helpful and accommodating! 10/10 for our stay!

Great stay!

We were visiting NH for only a day and was lucky enough to stumble upon this place! The host was very communicative, and everything was top notch! Very close to many mountains. Food locally was AMAZING. The hot tub and game room were great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Stay in Conway

We really enjoyed the property – it was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with friends to watch the Super Bowl. However, there were a few inconveniences that impacted the experience. The constant communication before, during, and after our stay was overwhelming. Additionally, the host required us to meet in person upon arrival to go over a long list of rules and guidelines, which caused more anxiety than enjoyment and took away from the overall experience.We also had to go out and buy basic cleaning supplies, such as paper towels, sponges, and Clorox wipes, which we hadn’t expected.I would recommend the host provide written guidelines upon arrival, perhaps in a binder, as it’s difficult to remember everything discussed in a face-to-face meeting. Despite these issues, the property itself was great. Unfortunately, due to the communication, experience with the host, and lack of supplies, we wouldn’t rent this house again.
