“Hemos estado solo dos dias, pero nos hubieramos quedado mas”

“Todo muy bien. Cómodo, limpio, personal super agradable. La única conclusion que saco es que cuanto menos turística la ciudad mejor es el personal y los hoteles. Y cuanto mas turística mas antipaticos y mas te la intentan colar”

“The staff is very friendly and the food was good. The location is pretty good though not in a touristy area, everything is easy to get to by Grab. The gym is small and not much equipment. The mosque next door can get vey loud sp wear ear plugs while sleeping.”

“Excellent location in the city, helpful hotel staff.”

“Very nice hotel in the center of Mataram. Excellent services, gym, swimming pool, nice breakfast, near to a busy commercial street, temples, etc. Good hotel for staying a couple of nights in Mataram. If you're looking for party, better go to the beach area. They don't rent motorbikes, but they give you advice where to get it just 3 minutes waking from the hotel.”

“Muy buena.”

“Banheiro sujo, Wi fi razoável, boa localização”

“My 2nd stay. Great staff. Good value hotel”

“Lombok Plaza Hotel is the best But room not to big”

“Horrible visit! The rooms were so dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned since they opened it. The sheets were dirty and had so many stains, so we had them changed but there was still many stains on the new ones. The WIFI didn't work in the rooms at all for the whole visit because of "service" that we were not informed about before. My worst hotel experience ever and I would not even recommend it to my worst enemy!”

“Chambre magnifique et personnel au petit soin. Vraiment un super choix d’hôtel si vous séjourner dans le coin”

“Piscine agréable dans un jardin magnifique.”

“Nice hotel but not in down town so night time feel so different in current Covid-19 situation.... Overall nice stay.”
