“My friend and me stayed in this beautiful hotel for one night after our Rinjani climb. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, with the concierge manned by polite staff who speaks decent English. Our room was spacious and even had a small balcony furnished with seats and a table. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great night’s sleep here. A couple of downsides though. “Very nice hotel in the center of Mataram. Excellent services, gym, swimming pool, nice breakfast, near to a busy commercial street, temples, etc. Good hotel for staying a couple of nights in Mataram. If you're looking for party, better go to the beach area. They don't rent motorbikes, but they give you advice where to get it just 3 minutes waking from the hotel.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible. My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room. The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage. Both rooms had terrible sound proof....
