“Out of six elevators which enable us to go to the swimming pool, only one was working during the four days of our stay. We had to wait several time 20 minutes (!) to go up, as only few times the elevator was coming, and most of the time it came full of people. The waiting time for elevators is a big problem in that hotel.”
