“I hate having to write this, but this experience was just too terrible to not let others know.First off getting information from the "host" takes about 24 hours to get any kind of response.Our dates for our trip were 12/27/2024-12/29/2024 When we arrived to the home it had not been cleaned and no one around. “This little apartment enclave was beautiful. A pool, patio, and garden area in the middle of the buildings was a wonderful place to sit in the evening. And the lovely smell of jasmine blooming was truly heavenly. We appreciated the outdoor grill and used it to cook our dinner one evening. The location was perfect for us. The beds were great--large, comfy, and well-appointed. Suggestions for improvement:1. We had two roaches we caught in the apartment and removed. Maybe more outside spraying?2....
