The staff at the front desk were all friendly and provided enough neighbouring information. The location is about 10-15 minutes walk from the central but the free bus service are conveniently provided. The circumstances in the area is quiet and relaxing. Strongly recommended.”

“For what you’re paying I don’t believe you are getting any special 5 star experience. The staff at reception are not particularly friendly, especially when you call them from your room. That’s if you are able to get through to them, the phone is perpetually engaged. I had a tray table that was not collected for more than 24 hours which is not acceptable. The in-room dining options are very limited. Over all, I would say your front office staff needs better training on how to speak to guests. Or...

“We found our way to kings park the long way round and came back down jacobs stairs that are close by but these are not for anyone afraid of heights. Restaurants are a good trek away and the hotels menu was very limited in scope and only 3 star standard”

“Great location opposite Kings Park and a free CAT shuttle bus from city centre. Apartment was well set up with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurants nearby were nice.”

“Fantastic location. Panoramic river view rooms were rather small. Cramped bathroom and room feel for top dollar. Noise from quayside club rather loud even on 14th floor. Problems with kettle in thd room swiftly addressed. Breakfast was substantial and staff friendly. Fantastic infinity pool. ”
