“Very quite”

“Property was very clean and everything advertised. Beautiful view of the lake, very quiet neighborhood, Mark was there when I had any questions, quick to respond !!!! The pontoon boat was a big PLUS!!!!”

“We felt like we were at home. They had everything you could think of that you may need. From having a snack to cooking dinner etc. Its so peaceful and quiet. Such a great place when you need to get away from your fast pace life. Already planning another trip!”

“House was very nice. Only problem was 2 bedrooms had no internet. Which we just ran to walmart and got some google squares. But with a house full of kids with no tv to watch made for a long night. But we all got to fish and play cards. Swing on balcony broke on last day of the stay. Lots of geese walking around down stairs was fun to watch.”

No HVAC system, room heater wouldn't work, ceiling in living room coming down, screen porch in poor repair, no towels (think at least there should be) no outlet in. bathroom and no place to plug in hair dryer & use a mirror. I had asked for a number to call owner & didn't get one, I arrived late due to numerous traffic delays, used ring doorbell and said to leave a message, as I was walking away it started talking to me and told me where to go....

There was easily more space for another 5 students. The property is well maintained, clean and inviting. My students were so excited to be able to grill on the patio and fish from the dock. “This vacation rental was fabulous. It was very clean, no previous vacation renter clutter, amazingly well organized and wonderfully quiet. But it's the little details that really make a difference, such as having (1) hairdryer in each bathroom, a coffee station with mugs, stirrers and goodies. Check in was very easy, and it was sent in advance of our trip. We had communications with the owners who were quick to respond. “We really liked this house. It looks small, but there is room for quite a few people. We enjoyed the decorations and the fire pit by the carport. We want to come back with our daughter and her family in the next couple of years. The only thing we didn't like was that is it no handicap accessible. My husband is disabled and had some difficulty with the steps going into the house and the throw rugs on the floor.”

“Location was close to Lake Greeson- Crater of Diamonds and the cute and friendly town of Murfreesboro... but the home itself was brand new and nicely tucked away from the rest of the world- peaceful and quiet and it had everything we needed and then some! “This is a very nice unit, very modern and exceptionally clean, just right for the two of us. The bed was both large and very comfortable and all the furnishings were top notch and in excellent condition. Even though we did not get to use the outside area due to rain, the location is great, right on the river with a seating area and firepit.
