“We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. Location was perfect. The place is very cozy and welcoming. Comfortable furniture with several blankets and throw pillows along with original hardwood floors, woodwork and fireplace contribute to this feeling. Mike is extremely responsive, accommodating and generous. Would definitely stay again!”

“Was a very comfortable place”

“The place was clean but the linens had not been washed and smelled dirty.”

“Everything was designed well and it had easy access to historic downtown and Garden of the Gods.”

“Building has quite a bit of character and is pleasantly set back from the street - nice and quiet. Deer were in the yard throughout our stay and we took care not to spook or bother them. Interesting way to have your morning coffee.Short drive to Whittington Center if that's why you're in town.”

“Very nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Great place to get away with a great host! She checked in on us frequently and made sure things were smooth. Would definitely book again!”

“Home was clean and comfortable. Many extra details and well stocked rental. Obviously care was taken to renovate and decorate! Slept well in comfy beds. Easy to access with door lock. Only downside was the outdoor area isn’t very private and was rather dusty and dirty. We did not sit outdoors because of this and the back area is adjacent to a lawn care building with numerous vehicles parked there. But I would stay here again upon returning to Colorado.”

“My husband and I had an amazing trip to Manitou staying in this beautiful place. We were able to walk from where we were staying to the Main Street to shop and look at all the cool buildings. We would definitely come back again to stay.”
