“Super smooth process, lovely place, and very communicative owners. I was nervous about getting a VRBO but this worked out great!”

“Cozy suite”

“This is a nice location with plenty of activities to amuse us. We fished in the morning, hiked, and did some sightseeing. Deer were everywhere! Our cabin was roomy, clean and very pleasant. Our host put out a lovely coffee bar, and the kitchen is well stocked. It was like visiting a friend. The one negative is small - the shower is small. I didn’t care but if you are a large person it might be a squeeze. The king sized bed was comfortable; the room had tons of space to put our things. The...

“The tiny house concept is cute. Not very functional. The bed was just a full size. No room to get in and out on both sides of the bed. Shower was very small and cramped. Parking is on the street quite a ways from the cottage. There was a note about the “sensitive” sewer system. We didn’t have any issues but we’re always aware there might be a problem. No extra bedding. For those 60 and over this is not an ideal place to stay. On the positive side the kitchen was fully stocked as if they expect...

“need more air conditioning, not just bedrooms”

“This is a lovely getaway in rural Walsenburg. Nicely appointed. Great living and outdoor space.”

“My husband and I loved the stay it was very clean. Parking was right outside the cottage. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. It was very easy to reach out for any issues.”

“Great hosts! Easy to work with.”

“I came to visit family, rest and reminisce of days gone by ... it was the perfect location.”

“The Cozy Casa was amazing! Great location, clean, and fairly priced!”

“Very cute place that was perfect for our weekend with our dogs. A little farmers market was going on across the street when we got there and we enjoyed some fresh fruit and vegetables. The home had all we needed to cook and enjoy our meals. The home was close to hiking trails that we enjoyed. We would gladly stay here again! Thank you Elaine for a lovely visit and the tasty treats!”

“The best nights sleep! It was quiet, beautiful and perfect for a weekend getaway. The host provided everything we needed. Easy check-in and out process. Family area was really cozy with a huge TV and a really nice kitchen.”

“The bedsheet was on wrong so it kept coming off during the night. ”

“Beautiful, lovely home. Very comfortable and perfect for a family. Close enough to the dunes yet no neighbors to worry about. Also lovely to gaze at the stars. Owners communicated very well and even helped when a phone was left behind.Definitely lovely.”

“Wasn't ready when we got there. She wouldn't answer any text messages. She had laundry in the washer and dryer all week. Reminded her several times and she said she would take care of them. Never did, we ended up doing them for her so we could do our one complimentary wash/dry. None of the doors would close all the way. Couldn't even lock the main door when we left during the day. You could hear them walking (running) upstairs all day and night. She just adopted a 2 1/2 yr old and he ran up and...

“Super super cute place. It’s fun to just walk around and look at everything on the wall then get a good laugh. The house had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to the main street you can smoke weed in the house. Doesn’t get better than that! And our there dogs absolutely enjoyed it as well.”

“Beautiful little spot that met every need”

“La habitación principal no tenía luz principal, pero la casa era verdaderamente hermosa, el glamping era lo que esperaba, los venados llegan a visitarte ✨”

“This was the best surprise of our entire trip! Our hosts were right there with us on communication; the whole place was super clean; the furnishings were very tasteful and comfortable; the kitchen was user friendly and well stocked; we slept so well. Our host was right: don't judge a book by its cover - we walked past an average outside to a fabulous inside! When traveling with a dog our choices narrow down fast. This was one of the few pet friendly places available in the area. We are used to...
