“Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.”

“Wonderful little spot close to everything. Host was excellent. We loved our stay!!”

“Todo muy bien pero la habitación muy mala la verdad la cama horrible se partió dos veces me tocó dormir en el colchón en el piso ”

“The place was very clean and well stocked! I would definitely stay there again. We initially didn’t have the parking permit but the host promptly provided us a new one”

“Kitchen was small but doable. Beds were great! Parking good. House is cozy and comfortable.”

“On the outskirts of downtown, but walkable for sure.”

“Excelente accesibilidad para trasladarse diferentes lugares, como y seguro. ”

“This was a fantastic place to stay! Perfect size for two people, everything was in great condition and clean and the amenities were great. Far more reasonably priced than the hotels in the area and added bonus that there wasn't a long list of chores to complete before we checked out.”

“This is a charming older home. We enjoyed the location as it was convenient for our needs. The house was clean. The linens were clean and nice. It was great having a washer and dryer available since we stayed 8 days. We appreciated that the rental was pet friendly and offered a fenced in yard. I so appreciated the prompt and helpful communication from Kaitlyn. She made the whole process of checking in/ checking out seamless. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.”
