“We had a nice stay in this property. It was spacious with 3 bedrooms that was perfect for my family of 6. It was also very clean and had a nice view to enjoy in the mornings. The location is great, it's in the mountains but a very short drive to colorado/manitou springs. I would definitely recommend this home if you're looking for a place to stay for a larger group that requires multiple bedrooms.”

“This property is so charming! The decor is cute! Our family of 5 had more than enough space, there is plenty of kitchen supplies, loved the balcony, and loved the location being downtown. The parking can be a bit tight, but we had a full size Ram and were able to handle it with caution. During our stay we did Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, rafting, the Incline, just to name a few things. Overall it was a great stay! ”

“Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this property! Super cute! All the small touches that make a nice stay… a great stay… Theresa and Steve are kind, gracious hosts. Their place had comfy beds, nice linens, thick towels and quality toilet paper :) :) The kitchen is small but has everything needed for simple meal preps. The outdoor area is wonderful for relaxing and the access to the lake is great! Would absolutely recommend and will return for sure! Thanks for a wonderful Colorado get...

“This is an extremely nice three-bedroom walkout basement property. The exterior grounds are very much a work in progress, so don't let that throw you when you arrive. The kitchen was excellently organized and easy to use. The bathroom was small, but workable. The unit was very clean. The entrance was in the back, down some steps, and with a mulch path. Luggage is carried, not rolled, to the door. If we are in the area and need lodging, we will definitely stay here again. The host was extremely...
