"Me molestó, que no me hicieran la habitación un día, a pesar de qué bajé a pedir que le hicieran cuando salí del hotel. También cuando bajé a pedir que me hicieran la habitación, una de las señoritas no me escuchó. Me dijo que tenía que hacer una fila. Y yo no necesitaba nada más que pedir que hicieran mi habitación. La otra Srita., aceptó mi mensaje, pero no lo tomó en cuenta, pues no le hicieron. De ahí fuera, como todo, estuvo muy bien. A pesar de qué no me hicieron la habitación, pedí que me enviaran, toallas limpias y me las enviaron inmediatamente"

"The biggest issue with my stay was the inconsistent service and lack of cleanliness. On two occasions, my room was not cleaned because the “Do Not Disturb” sign was still on at 9:00 a.m. When I called later to request housekeeping, I was told no staff was available, even though I could clearly see two housekeepers cleaning other rooms on my floor. When I approached them, they said my room was not assigned to them and refused to help. This was extremely poor service and very frustrating. Breakfast was also disappointing. There was very little variety, with limited options, and it was exactly the same every single day, which quickly became repetitive. On a more positive note, the location is excellent — everything is within walking distance, and the views of the river and skyline are beautiful. The room itself was decent, but unfortunately the service issues overshadowed the overall experience."

"No tiene servicio de transporte al aeropuerto. En el aeropuerto, terminal D1, llamé por teléfono, y me dijeron las características de la van. Nunca apareció. Llamé dos veces, y me dijeron que ya venía. A las 2 horas de esperar, tomé un taxi y pagué 32 USD. Por la mañana, reservé el transporte al aeropuerto a las 5:35 am. A las 5:50 am pedí un UBER que llegó a los dos minutos. Nunca ví el shuttle de este hotel, y gasté 53 USD en ir y volver."
