“Andrew and Michelle are wonderful hosts and go above and beyond to make their guests comfortable - great hospitality. The hotel is well-situated, just a short walk to the shops and across from the beach. Free parking is available around the side of the hotel, but the spaces are tight - just something to bear in mind when driving there. Amazing breakfast! Clean and nice rooms, with tea, coffee and a kettle, and a lovely sea view. I would happily stay here again.”

“Room basic, pretty quick check-in, top floor, surprised when we found out that breakfast was included for us and theb2 grandkids. Car charger in car park. Not bad for price on carnival night.”

“It was a very nice stay with an excellent couple. Warm welcomed. A very nice big dog was also present to welcome. I had to say hello to the dog as he was so friendly. Very cooperative host. Family environment. Residence is upstairs like three rooms and bathroom outside the rooms. Mostly quiet. Nice and clean and a proper communication with the host throughout my stay. I was invited warmly to have breakfast but had no time. Will miss this stay.”

“Did not have any meals. Room was excellent except for steps down to bathroom. House keeping was excellent with tea coffee and biscuits topped up each day also towels changed when required. Staff were cheerful and friendly. Only concern was sometimes noise from large vent pipe at end of the hotel. Would definitely use hotel again but ask for room at other end of the hotel. ”

“Lovely hotel, beautiful inside. staff were really helpful and friendly. Beautiful location. The only things that let it down, was the annexe we stayed in, could of done with a bit of updating and an iron. But other than that i would advise staying in one of the rooms inside the hotel. We had a nice relaxing stay”

“Reasonably friendly staff Radiator cold not switched on at night Staff listened got fixed put right for following night Towels not grubby but quite stale stock Noisy male clientele drunk noisy in outside terrace early Sunday morning and late in hotel corridors . Leaked urine in lift Building and bar ok Place didnt feel that ok as solo female traveler Staff good about getting forgotten charger back to me No issue with staff”

“This is the second time i have stayed here. The new carpets, paiting and beds are excellent. ”

“We checked in owner was lovely very helpful but room very dated he even upgraded us so not sure what others are like the carpet was very bad dust here and there the nice thing was bath room and balcony after coming out of there I’ve noticed bite marks all over y body which are very itchy you don’t except that with how much we paid it wasent cheap for one night I’ve making contact for some kind of refund photos sent to agency”

“We booked about an hour before we were due to arrive and everything was excellent with our room. Considering the price the rooms are set up with anything you might need (even including a bottle opener!) We were welcomed by very helpful staff.”

“A excellent stay prior to a flight from Bristol Airport. Restaurant was excellent with a good selection of food and drinks. The staff made you feel welcome. Car parking was great and only 15-20 minutes from the airport. Will definitely stay again.”

“We never had a view, we looked out to the back of buildings,which was ok,we dont mind too much, the mattress was shocking, really saggy at the top end on 1 side, we ended up turning the mattress, as it felt like i was sleeping on a hill.”

“The room was very clean, comfortable bed. All my basic needs for a one stop, just driving by. Staff were very friendly felt safe as single woman traveler. They could not do enough with any requests. I wished the TV was bigger and a working Arial signal was in the room. But I was not in the room much so it never really mattered. There was parking, luckily just outside the door. Would stay again if I visited.”
