“I received the access and Wi-Fi codes ahead of check-in, which made arrival super easy. The room and bathroom were clean and smelled fresh, and it was nice and warm when we entered. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated that they had a full cable channel package — great for relaxing after a long day. I wish that it was made known to us prior to the reservation that the room was actually in another building that required many stairs and walking outside to get to it.
