“Nice rooms despised old hotel, I can only say that be careful when you get in the bathtub for shower. It is very high and not easy to get in , rest is all good, friendly staff, nice location, nice rooms.”

“Grounds are immaculate. Great view of the bush/river. Comfy bed. Good water pressure. Manager was fantastic. Good location (7 mins from New Plymouth by car). Quiet, safe. Can bike safely to New Plymouth ( sidewalk to round about on state highway 3 then side street with on road cycle path). Restaurant with yummy food on site. Things that could be better: Had only one BBQ so you need to reserve it in advance. Great stay and definitely a place I would go back. ”

“This hotel is nice and close to the city centre. We enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and the coastal walkway. The accommodation was spacious for our family and staff helped when we had issues with aircon and some supplies in our room. ”
