“Great space for a family! The outdoor space was so nice. It was early in the outdoor season. The deck, table, and grill needing to be wiped off. Indoor spaces were very clean. Hosts were very helpful! The beds could be more comfortable. The kitchen space and living area are wonderful for spending time with family!”

“The house was clean, new and exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in Iowa City again.”

“With five adults, the space was good. Towels and kitchen furnishings were adequate. Furnishings were comfortable although the downstairs bed and small sofa are rather soft. We experienced small problems with the dish washer, ants, and rainwater leakage.”

“This is a fantastic cottage! Perfect for a solo traveler or two who are comfortable sharing a queen bed. (A truly comfortable queen bed!)Home is as-pictured, however what isn’t shown here (yet?) is the lovely garden, flowers, and outdoor seating area. This VRBO was the most perfect place of solitude and respite after terrific (but long and loud) days of professional development here in Cedar Rapids. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Will definitely rebook for next summer!”
