The Coachhouse was big, roomy, and comfortably furnished with beautiful time period furnishings. Yet with the modern conviences we expect. We were delighted with our whole stay. It's a beautiful coachhouse. Andew's House was delightful!”

“I stayed here with three of my sisters for our annual week long get away. It was a perfect space for us. Plenty of room for 4 women to be comfortable. Many shops nearby and other activities to keep us busy. The host was wonderful to work with. Always had a prompt response to our inquiries. The four of us were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this host as well as the property. ”

“My stay was for a college reunion, but this is also a great space for someone on a business trip. Great kitchen countertop for working or dining. The area has so many choices for food & drinks, even the streets were really clean! Upscale environment, we felt safe. The location is near train tracks, but that wasn't an issue, we were on the deck when one passed by at night. Street and pedestrian noise also not an issue. The price was amazing, this particular unit is perfect for 1-2 people. ...

“Wonderful stay. Easy check in, seamless communication w/ host and a prime location downtown Davenport. We had one of the kids forget a pair of air pods and the host was more than willing to help us try to retrieve them. 10/10 will stay here again.”

“The location of the Nelson Lofts is ideal for concert goers, restaurants and bars are everywhere. Our family had two units rented and we did have an issue getting into this unit, but the host, Tim, responded to my text immediately and the problem was resolved. We will continue to rent these lofts when visiting the Quad Cities. They are great!”

“Fantastic location right downtown Savana. Walk to all the bars, restaurants and shops. Cute apartment with all the amenities…except the 7 squares of toilet paper and no refill. Good thing there were plenty of tissues. Nice clean place and very cool little hidden reading nook. We would definitely stay here again! ”
