“Check‑in and check‑out were fast and easy. The pool was warm and clean, and the hot tub was well maintained. The fitness center could use more equipment, especially free weights. The hot breakfast was good, though I personally would prefer bacon instead of the pork sausage. Staff members were nice and helpful throughout my stay. “Clean hotel nice staff”

“Our first room was terribly smelly and we found mice droppings in the kitchenette cupboards. Once they moved us to a different room it was much better. ”

“I agree with other reviews as far as the eggs bring cold and didn’t taste great. Otherwise breakfast options are good. Room is very comfortable. Hotel is located in an area where you can access anything you might need within walking distance-restaurants, grocery, liquor store, coffee, pharmacy, etc. Would definitely recommend this hotel. ”

“I have stayed at this hotel now for a total of 13 days and nights now with my Husband in the hospital. I don’t have enough good words for the amazing staff . They go above and beyond for everything. They call you by name even though they see dozens of people everyday . I will not give it a second thought to book here again if and when I ever need to stay in the city . The staff deserve medals for all they do .”

“Tv was broken the top half was so dark you could barely watch tv, stains on bedding and towels, can hear the bar all night, could hear loud banging through the vents when went to see what it was it was a man stabbing the metal bars outside the hotel door with an ice pick at 8am for 20mins. No wifi card in room burnt out light bulb and ridiculous cost for off sale. 60 for two 6packs and one was all dented beer in a paper bag. People smoke outside the doors and under the influence from the bar....

“For what I needed it was great. I travel lots so I have learnt to have things I feel important to have and with doing so. It was really fantastic for myself and my daughter. It was one of our best visits. It as a great price. We both stayed down stairs The upstairs wasn’t good for me as I get dizzy. And my daughter has no depth perception. It’s an older place. And it’s referred to as the cottage. And that is a perfect way to present it. They are only a text away. Very helpful and prompt....

“Entry way was rough for wheelchair entry. Continental breakfast was very good. Parking was a bit rough as there is a small lot and they allowed BIG trucks to park in it.”
