Overall cleanliness was not great - including a stinky old kitchen sponge that should not had been left for guests. ”

“The house was in a nice neighborhood and appeared newly renovated on the main floor and bathrooms. The property is listed as a whole house rental but there are people living in the downstairs rooms. This was a surprise. When we arrived, we could hear voices from the downstairs. The bathrooms were not clean. Hair was present in the shower and sinks and the mirrors were dirty.
