“Unique apartment and vibe.”

“Great apartment on 2 levels made our stay easy. A grocery store across the street made it easy to eat in for breakfast and dinner. It is very close to the old part of Bologna so an easy walk to Piazza Maggiore. ”

“This apartment was pristine clean. The unfortunate parts were as follows: There is a Karaoke bar directly across, as well as a Bubble Tea spot with outdoor seating. The noise level was until 1 am, the Karaoke singing quite loud. Noise restarted about 4am. The location is very close to the shopping area. You can't walk to the train station, need a taxi. “The apartment was perfect for us. Slept 4 perfectly and the living space was large and comfortable. We enjoyed the terrace too on the sunny days. ”

No information was provided except to not lock our door from the inside as we won't be able to get out. We tried for a while to find someone to provide information about the property, and When we finally located...

“I had the pleasure of staying at this property for 3 nights, but I wish it was more! First of all, the apartment was very very clean. Relatively spotless. Secondly, the bed is very comfortable I had a great sleep each night. Not to mention Federico being a wonderful host! I can tell him and his aunt are very passionate about this property. They go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The a/c worked well, I had to empty a bucket of water every once in a while, but wasn’t much...
