“Staff attentive through mobile and during breakfast but not present for other things. 3rd floor, no elevator and no help with luggage. Good spot to walk around but extremely noisy throughout the night and early mornings.”

“The room was pretty big, but much older than expected. The bed unfortunately was very hard and you can hear noises from outside. The gym is small, but very well equipped. I was positively impressed. Breakfast was good, too. The buffet isn't too big, but it offers enough variety and everything was fresh; and the breakfast staff was very nice. ”

“They close the hotel doors at night without caring if there are guests outside—you have to knock on the glass to be let in. They should really install a doorbell. The staff isn’t very friendly. They come into your room to clean even when you’re still inside, and they don’t seem to care. Some employees are rude and give you unpleasant looks. In other types of hotels, at the very least, they greet guests politely with a “good morning” or “good evening.” Not here.”

“The room was okay. Good location.”

“Me encantó!!!

“Very convenient”

“Excelente hotel en todos sentidos. Localización, limpieza, comodidad. Especialmente remarcable es la amabilidad del personal. ”

“An average hotel located in a very central and strategic part of Palermo. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the experience was let down by a very shabby room, creaky beds and noisy corridors. Ok for a night or two.”
