“Always a good experience at The hotel. Enjoyed the warm services :)”

“Simply furnished apartment but no complaints about the property itself, which is in a lively area with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Only minus point was no glasses in the room and not being a fan of drinking wine from a mug I asked for some which arrived in moments, so kudos to them. ”

“Easy to excess nearby places.”

“My first time staying at this place and it did not disappoint. Has all the basic amenities and more. Will stay there again for short trips”

“Amazing property !! Great stay!”

“Overall a good hotel, probably give it 4 stars not 5. Reception could do with reading customer payment situation better, waiter in restaurant not knowing the dishes and looking confused when asked to check (this is a cust serv training issue). Another issue with 2 cleaning staff members not understanding basic English cleaning instructions. One saving grace was the excellent barman initial 'D' who really did the place justice.”

“Nice building and friendly front desk staff. Parking needs a little extra time.”

“Clean room and friendly staff. Easy access to cafes and stores.”

“Wifi not available and TV do not have channel that can be watch. So terrible.”

“Tenang bersih dan selesa”

“Management staff are very responsive, apartment and surrounding areas are clean and nice. Bedrooms and kitchen are well furnished, very comfortable.”

“Dear De Uptown Hotel Team, I recently had the pleasure of staying at De Uptown Hotel 1Utama, and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent experience. Choosing your hotel for my individual travel was an outstanding decision. The Songkran Malaysia event hosted at your hotel was absolutely incredible and truly memorable. I am grateful for the opportunity to enjoy such a unique and vibrant celebration exclusively at De Uptown Hotel. The staff there very friendly. Thank you...

“The cleaners came every 3rd day to clean. Communication with host was prompt and helpful. We did spot some smaller bugs in the bathroom and kitchen but apparently that's normal in KL?”
