“Amazing property !! Great stay!”

“Overall a good hotel, probably give it 4 stars not 5. Reception could do with reading customer payment situation better, waiter in restaurant not knowing the dishes and looking confused when asked to check (this is a cust serv training issue). Another issue with 2 cleaning staff members not understanding basic English cleaning instructions. One saving grace was the excellent barman initial 'D' who really did the place justice.”

“Stayed there every single time, and this is my third time for this year. Every time is also at level 7. First 2 times was good, but not this round. Believe the housekeeping can do a better job. Hairs on wash basins upon checked-in and stains around shower area. Room was dusty as my sensitive nose keep sneezing, don't think hotels nowadays do vacuum the carpet everyday. I spotted my own hair on the carpet (same spot) for the entire stay.”

“My first time staying at this place and it did not disappoint. Has all the basic amenities and more. Will stay there again for short trips”

“Good”

“シャワーを浴びるとバスルーム全体が濡れてしまうのがあまりよくなかったです。”

“Decent stay overall but Wi-Fi and keycard policies need improvement. I stayed at Crystal Crown Hotel PJ for one night. Overall, most things were fine and the room was clean, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and the location was convenient. However, there were two noticeable drawbacks. First, the Wi-Fi speed was slow; I experienced frequent lagging even while using Zoom and watching YouTube. Second, their keycard policy is unexpected; they only provide one keycard per room and...

“Amenity's quality is at low bar. ”

“While the staff are very friendly, the rooms are not very clean. Insects are found.”

“1. Nobody do the housekeeping only request by guest that they will do! No have service 2. The wash basin shower roomcant put shower gel since the surface is not flat. It's looks like a slide”

“Clean room, magnificent views of the Twin Towers, KL Tower and TRX. This is our second stint, and we will definitely be back.”
